INDEPENDENCE, Ohio (AP) - Cavaliers rookie Kyrie Irving will miss Cleveland's next two home games with a concussion.

Irving, who suffered the head injury this week in Miami, is sitting out Friday's game against Milwaukee and Saturday's game against Philadelphia. He already sat out one game.

Irving watched the Cavs morning shootaround on Friday. Coach Byron Scott didn't know if Irving, the No. 1 overall draft pick, is still having any symptoms.

The Cavs are following the NBA's new guidelines on head injuries.

Irving fell and his head struck Heat guard Dwyane Wade's knee on
Tuesday. The 19-year-old complained of a headache and was diagnosed with the concussion shortly before the Cavs hosted the Clippers on Wednesday.

Former Wolf Pack star Ramon Sessions will start for Irving again.
