Kevin Basped has signed a free-agent contract with the New York Jets.
The University has confirmed the defensive end finalized a contract, following the draft.
Basped joins former Nevada players Josh Mauga and Ezra Butler in New York. He told KOLO-8 he's been in contact with his two former teammates and plans to join them at the Jets' training camp on Thursday.
No Wolf Pack players were taken in this year's draft.
