RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada soccer team has signed four student-athletes first-year head coach Missy Price announced on Wednesday.

"We are thrilled to have Danielle, Aleina, Kori, and Chivon join the Wolf Pack soccer family. They are all tremendous student-athletes who will positively contribute to the growth and development of our soccer program," Price said. "I am excited about the steps our program will take in the next several years and truly believe the combination of this class with our current team will lead to future success."

Danielle Green, a defender from San Clemente, Calif., lettered four years in soccer and two in track at Laguna Hills High School. She led lead her high school to two high school soccer and track conference championships in 2007 and 2008. As a defender she recorded 13 goals and 10 assists during her high school career.

Green was a four-time first team all-league selection in soccer and was the 2008 CIF defensive MVP. She was also a scholar-athlete from 2006-10 and was a four-time first team all-league honoree in track. She plays club for the Southern California Blues and won the 2007 National Championship and attended the 2008 National Championships.

"Dani will be a defensive asset for us, playing center or outside back. She's a tremendous athlete with great speed, the ability to win balls out of the air, and skill to contain dangerous attacking players," Price said. "Dani is a good organizer of the defense and distributes the ball well. She is calm, cool, and collected; providing leadership and composure at the back."

Chivon Crump, a forward/midfielder from Sunnyvale, Calif., lettered four years in soccer at Homestead High School. She served as a team captain as a junior. Crump plays club for MVLA Avalanche where she played in the Blues Cup in 2008 and the State Cup in 2007 and 2008.

"Chivon has a nose for the goal. She can hold the ball and combine with teammates to create goal scoring opportunities or beat defenders 1v1" Price said. "She's a dynamic forward, fun to watch, and dangerous for opponents to handle."

Kori Disarufino, a forward from San Louis Obispo, Calif., lettered four years in soccer, three in volleyball and one in track at Mission College Preparatory. She won two high school soccer conference championships from 2007-09 and won one in volleyball in 2008-09. This season she is serving as a team captain and has recorded 24 goals. She has led her team in scoring all four years and was named Athlete of the Month by the San Louis Tribune. Disarufino plays club for the Central Coast Condors.

"Kori has the ability to play a variety of positions. She's versatile because she has an attacking personality that is great for possession, getting into the flanks, and creating services," Price said. "She will bring a physical presence playing wide or at forward and contribute to our attack."

Aleina Dominguez, a midfielder from Hacienda Heights, Calif., earned four varsity letters in soccer at Glen A. Wilson High School. She served as a team captain as a senior and was a three-time first team all-league honoree. Dominguez was named Rookie of the Year as a freshman. As a sophomore she was named to the first team by the San Gabriel Valley Tribune and MVP. She plays club for Legends FC and has played in the Surf Cup the last three years.

"Aleina is playmaker at center midfield. She's extremely technical, crafty, and has great vision," Price said. "She'll look to connect with the forwards to create goal scoring opportunities and add to our attack. She's savvy and tough and will be a nice addition to our midfield corps."
