Reno's Bobby Julich is out of this year's Tour de France. Julich was not selected to the 9 rider CSC Cycling team. He's under contract with CSC, so he cannot ride under anyone else.
Julich had to pull out of a race back on June 15th due to an illness. He thinks that could have something to do with the decision. But he also pointed out that the team is so deep in talent that he expected this to eventually happen.
Julich has been in the Tour de France 9 times, coming in third back in 1998.
