Strong Second Half Helps Manogue Rough Up Douglas 83-60

RENO, Nev. - Down a point at the half, Bishop Manogue came out in the third quarter clicking on all cylinders.

The Miners outscored Douglas 32-20 in the period and 51-27 in the second half to run away with an 83-60 win on Saturday night.

Bobby Hunter led the way for Manogue with 26 points and an impressive effort on the defensive end.

Sutter Childs chipped in with 16; Ethan Dillard had 11 and Steven Carlson had 10 for the Miners.

Hunter Myers led Douglas with 14 while Jory Scott added thirteen.

The Manogue girls also beat Douglas 53-51.
