Bonine Gets No Decision in Tigers' Win

DETROIT - Former Wolf Pack pitcher Eddie Bonine made his first major-league start in almost two months on Wednesday night.

Bonine pitched five innings, giving up three runs on six hits with two strikeouts. He got a no decision in the Tigers' 4-3 win over the Royals.

Bonine had been pitching in the Tigers' bullpen the last few weeks. His last MLB start came back on July 24th.

His ERA is now 5.96 in eight games this season.
