Former Wolf Pack star Kirk Snyder has been declared competent to stand trial on two felonies, according to the Dayton Daily News.

Warren County Common Pleas Judge Neal Bronson made the ruling regarding the assault and aggravated burglary charges against Snyder.

No trial date has been set, but Bronson reportedly agreed to lower the bond from $500,000 to $25,000.

On April 15, the 26-year-old Snyder plead not guilty by reason of insanity to the two felonies as well as a misdemeanor assault charge for allegedly attacking an inmate in jail.

Snyder faces up to 10 years in prison if found guilty.

He led the Wolf Pack to the NCAA Tournament’s Sweet 16 in 2004.
