CHASKA, Minn. (AP) - Padraig Harrington has fallen out of contention at the PGA Championship with an 8 on the par-3 eighth hole.
Harrington was one shot behind Tiger Woods when he hit his tee shot into the water, then nearly hit playing partner Henrik Stenson left of the green. He hit his fourth shot well over the green and into the water, and didn't reach the green with his sixth shot. He made a 5-foot putt for quintuple bogey.
He walked off the green six shots out of the lead.
A week ago, Harrington had a one-shot lead over Woods at Firestone when he chipped over the 16th green and into the water while making a triple-bogey 8.
