CHICAGO (AP) - The Los Angeles Angels have activated Vladimir
Guerrero from the disabled list, and the eight-time All-Star was in the lineup for Tuesday night's game against the Chicago White Sox.

Guerrero missed the previous 21 games with a strained left calf and a strained lower left hamstring. It was his second stint on the DL; he missed 35 games with a torn chest muscle. He batted .303 with 18 RBIs in the 38 games between injuries.

Guerrero was listed as the DH and was batting cleanup.

The Angels went 18-3 with Guerrero and center fielder Torii Hunter on the DL. Hunter, who has adductor and groin injuries, is scheduled to begin a minor league rehab assignment Friday.

The Angels sent third-string catcher Bobby Wilson to Triple-A Salt Lake.
