MIAMI (AP) - NL batting leader Hanley Ramirez has left the Florida Marlins' game against the Chicago Cubs with a bruised left knee after being hit by a pitch from Carlos Zambrano in the third inning.

Ramirez limped away from the plate after being hit Saturday and crumpled to the ground in pain near the backstop. He remained in the game and scored from second base on a single by Jeremy Hermida, but was replaced at shortstop in the next inning by Emilio Bonifacio.

Ramirez is batting .343 with 16 homers and 69 RBIs. He has missed only five games this season.
