BOSTON (AP) - Oakland Athletics manager Bob Geren was ejected from Tuesday night's game against the Boston Red Sox in the third inning.
Geren was tossed by home plate umpire Adrian Johnson, apparently for yelling something from the dugout. Geren then came out to argue, but third-base umpire Gary Cederstrom stepped between the two.
The Red Sox scored five runs in the inning to take a 5-2 lead.
