Watson singled in the first, tripled in the second, homered in the third and doubled in the seventh to complete the cycle. In the eighth, Watson added another single for his fifth hit of the night. For the evening, Watson finished 5-for-6 with four runs scored and three driven in.
Entering play tonight, Watson has recorded a multiple-hit effort in five-straight starts. Over his last five starts, Watson is batting .667 (14x21), 3 2B, 1 3B, 2 HR, 9 RBI, 9 R.
He becomes the first player in franchise history to earn a weekly PCL honor.
