ESPN is reporting that Michael Vick will be conditionally reinstated to the NFL.
Commissioner Roger Goodell is expected to announce the decision sometime next week. It also frees Vick to sign with an NFL team.
The report also states that Goodell is considering suspending Vick for the first four games of the regular season. One stumbling block to that is the question of 'double jeopardy.'
Vick was already suspended indefinitely by the NFL. If he is reinstated, could they then suspend him for another four games for the same offense? That's the question NFL officials are contemplating.
Vick has yet to be contacted by any NFL team. Training camps begin next week.
