ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) - Right fielder Vladimir Guerrero left the Los Angeles Angels' game against the Texas Rangers on Tuesday night with a strained muscle behind his left knee.

Guerrero fielded a single by Elvis Andrus and was about to make a throw when it looked like he stepped awkwardly on his left leg.

Guerrero then fell to his hands and knees, but got up and walked around before trainers came out to look at his leg. Guerrero, who was hitting .291 with four home runs, walked off the field on his own and was replaced by Gary Matthews Jr.
