DUBLIN, Ohio (AP) - Tiger Woods has won the Memorial, breaking out of a four-way tie with birdies on his last two holes for a 7-under 65 and a one-shot victory in his final tournament before the U.S. Open.
Woods overcame a four-shot deficit to become a four-time champion at Jack Nicklaus' tournament.
He took the lead with a 9-foot birdie on the 17th, then wrapped up his second victory this year with a 7-iron that stopped a foot from the hole for a tap-in birdie.
Woods hit every fairway Sunday and missed only seven fairways at
Muirfield Village, his most accurate week since the 1998 Masters.
