PARIS (AP) - Top-ranked Dinara Safina easily dispatched yet another opponent at the French Open, beating Aravane Rezai of France 6-1, 6-0 Sunday to advance to the quarterfinals.
The top-seeded Safina has lost only five games through four matches, winning 6-0, 6-0 in the opening round. She has won four of eight sets so far at love.
Safina took over the No. 1 ranking this year, but has yet to win a title at a Grand Slam tournament. She lost to Ana Ivanovic in last year's French Open final, and fell to Serena Williams in this year's Australian Open title match.
