WNC Stays Alive at JuCo World Series

The Western Wildcats did it again on Tuesday, beating Shelton State 9-2 to stay alive at the JuCo World Series.

Jay Skilton led the Cats attack going 3-3 with three RBI. Daniel Zylstra was 3-4 with three runs scored.

Jordan Lewis (2-0) picked up the win for Western Nevada. He pitched eight innings, giving up just two runs on six hits. He also struck out seven.

WNC will play the winner of the Howard - San Jacinto College game on Thursday night at 6:30pm.
