SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Giants manager Bruce Bochy and Mets manager Jerry Manuel have been ejected about 10 minutes apart in the late innings of New York's game at San Francisco.
Bochy was ejected after the seventh inning for arguing when Pablo Sandoval struck out on a pitch that hit him in the leg. First base umpire Hunter Wendelstedt ruled Sandoval hadn't stopped his swing, and Bochy was ejected by plate umpire Doug Eddings.
A few minutes later, Manuel was ejected by Eddings for arguing a called third strike against Carlos Beltran. Manuel had drawn Eddings' ire for arguing from the dugout a few innings earlier.
San Francisco and the Mets were tied at 6.
