Former Wolf Pack star Kirk Snyder remains in an Ohio jail after his arrest and indictment on charges of aggravated burglary, assault and felonious assault.
Snyder's attorney, Hal Arenstein, entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. Arenstein also filed information with the court that claims Snyder is incompetent to stand trial. He's now set to undergo psychological evaluation to determine his competency.
Snyder was arrested back on March 30th for allegedly attacking his neighbor, Brad Roberts, while he slept. Roberts was hospitalized with a broken jaw and broken ribs.
Snyder was also charged with another assault after he allegedly attacked a fellow inmate in jail. He's been placed on a suicide watch.
He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted of all charges.
