Aces Open Up New Ballpark with 11-1 Win

The Reno Aces opened up their downtown ballpark with an 11-1 win over the Salt Lake Bees.

Travis Blackley got the start for Reno, scattering five hits and giving up one run in 4.2 innings pitched. Joshua Ellis came in as relief, pitching 1.1 innings on his way to the win.

Trent Oeltjen led the offensive attack, going 3-5 with four RBI. Alex Romero, Agustin Murillo and Rusty Ryal all drove in two runs apiece.

The win improves the Aces to 4-4 overall. They're back on the field for game two on Saturday night. First pitch is set for 6:05pm
