SALT LAKE CITY – The Reno Aces opening season game in Salt Lake City has been postponed due to the death of Los Angeles Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart. Adenhart pitched for the Angles' AAA affiliate Salt Lake City Bees last year.
The team will play a doubleheader on Saturday, May 30 beginning at 5:00 p.m. to make up for the postponement.
The Aces will begin their inaugural season Friday night at 6:35pm.
