The Oklahoma City Thunder are recalling forward D.J. White from the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League for the second time in as many weeks.
Oklahoma City general manager Sam Presti announced the move Tuesday. White averaged 17.3 points and 9.7 rebounds in three games
with the 66ers before being recalled last week. He remained inactive with the Thunder and then got sick before being sent back to Tulsa on Sunday.
A first-round pick out of Indiana in last year's draft, White missed the first five months of the season after surgery to remove a benign growth from his jaw and has yet to make his NBA debut.
