The Oklahoma City Thunder have sent rookie forward D.J. White back for a second stint with their NBA Development League in Tulsa.
White averaged 17.3 points and 9.7 rebounds in three games with
the 66ers before being recalled earlier this week. He remained
inactive with the Thunder and then got sick before being sent back
to Tulsa on Sunday.
He was expected to be in uniform for the 66ers' home game against Bakersfield on Sunday night.
A first-round pick out of Indiana in last year's draft, White missed the first five months of the season after having surgery to remove a benign growth from his jaw and has yet to make his NBA debut.
