A group of NFL scouts put a handful of Wolf Pack players under the microscope during Nevada's Pro Day on Wednesday morning.
With scouts hovering over them, the guys went through a variety of drills testing their speed, agility and strength.
One guy who came in with a decent shot of landing on a team was linebacker Josh Mauga.
The Fallon native is eager to represent Wolf Pack nation and Churchill County at the next level.
"Man, I think it'd mean a lot," said Mauga. "I still go back. I've got a lot of friends and coaches back there rooting and supporting me and I think it would be great for the young ones."
Mauga says several teams are interested in using him as a middle linebacker. He ran a 4.60 40-yard sprint, which is considerably better than the average speed in that position.
The NFL draft runs April 25-26.
