LOS ANGELES (AP) - Former NFL player-turned-actor Brian Bosworth
has been charged with drunken driving after being arrested in
City attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan says Bosworth was charged
Wednesday with two misdemeanor counts in Los Angeles Superior
Mateljan says the former Seattle Seahawk linebacker was riding his motorcycle last Friday when police stopped him for not having a front license plate.
If convicted Bosworth faces six months in jail.
The 44-year-old Bosworth played for the Oklahoma Sooners from 1984 to 1986 before retiring three years into a 10-year contract with the Seahawks because of a shoulder injury.
