The Lovelock Mustangs ran into a buzzsaw on Friday in the 2A Girls semifinals. Lovelock lost to Needles 45-30.
Kayla Brinkerhoff scored a team-high nine points in the loss. Sarah Brinkerhoff and MIchelle Montes added six points each.
Chrystian Dick scored a game-high 13 points for the Mustangs
