The Virginia City girls basketball team's season came to an end on Friday after a 46-43 loss to Lund in the 1A State Semifinals.
The Muckers trailed 16-4 after one and 29-15 at the break. They outscored Lund 28-17 in the second half, but still came up short.
Gigi Glogovac led Virginia City with 15 points. Her sister, Sophie chipped in with 11 and ten rebounds.
