The Atlanta Falcons placed second-round tenders on restricted free-agent and Fallon native Harvey Dahl just hours before the deadline, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The second-round tender contract ensures Atlanta will receive a second-round draft pick from any team that signs Dahl away from the Falcons.
Dahl recently had his jersey retired at Churchill County High School earlier this year.
