Barry Bonds' personal trainer is expected to tell a federal judge Friday that he has no plans to testify at next week's perjury trial for the home run king.
Greg Anderson was scheduled for a hearing today on whether he
would break his vow of silence, but it was postponed until Friday.
Attorney Mark Geragos says his client will attend the hearing,
but "is firm in his commitment" not to testify.
Anderson already has spent a year in prison for refusing to
speak during an investigation into charges that Bonds lied in 2003
when he told a grand jury that he never knowingly used
Bonds has pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of making false
declarations to a grand jury and one count of obstruction of
