Magnum Rolle scored 25 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked four shots to lead Louisiana Tech to a 69-60 win over Murray State 69-60 on Saturday.
Kyle Gibson and Olu Ashaolu each chipped in with 16 points for
the Bulldogs (12-16).
The Racers (15-11) were paced by Isaac Miles and Tyler Holloway,
who scored 14 points apiece. Tony Easley added 12 points and 11
rebounds for Murray State.
Louisiana Tech shot 46.8 percent from the field (22-for-47) and
totaled 14 assists.
Murray State outrebounded the Bulldogs 33-25, but turned the
ball over 14 times. The Racers also shot 69.2 percent from the
free-throw line (9-for-13).
Murray State shot 39.3 percent from the field (22-for-56),
including 38.9 percent from 3-point range (7-for-18).
