Michael Vick's suburban Atlanta home will be sold at auction March 10.
The judge in the imprisoned NFL star's bankruptcy case scheduled
the auction Tuesday for the eight-bedroom home and set a minimum
bid of $3.2 million.
The auction will be held in either Atlanta or suburban Gwinnett
County, upon agreement by Vick and the committee representing his
creditors. The judge set a hearing for March 17 to approve the
sale.
Vick is serving a 23-month prison sentence at the federal
penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kan., for his role in a dogfighting
conspiracy. He is scheduled for release July 20.
The real estate agency listing the home in Duluth, northeast of
Atlanta, says it has lake views, a two-story foyer with curved
double staircases and a four-car garage.
