Meeking is averaging 19 points and 8 rebounds per game this season.
The D-League All-Star game will be played on Feb. 14 at the NBA's All-Star Jam Session. The game will tip off at 2 p.m. MT on Jam Session's Center Court and will be shown live on NBA TV.
