The Winter X Games will remain in posh Aspen at least through 2012.
The deal was set to expire in 2010 until ESPN and Aspen Skiing
Co. agreed to the extension on Wednesday.
The games originally rotated among different sites but will be
staged this week in Aspen for the eighth straight year.
Since the games arrived in Aspen in 2002, attendance has almost
doubled and television viewership has reached record highs.
