Report: Niners Offer Linehan Job, No Agreement Yet

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the San Francisco 49ers have offered Scott Linehan the offensive coordinator position, but neither side has reached an agreement as of Friday afternoon.

The Chronicle reports Coach Mike Singletary and general manger Scott McCloughan are scheduled to leave for the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama on Sunday and could reach an agreement with Linehan before Monday.

Linehan served as a coordinator for the Vikings and Dolphins before becoming the Rams head coach.
