Rowe Signed By Seattle

Former McQueen and Wolf Pack star Jeff Rowe has been signed by the Seattle Seahawks. Rowe was on the Bengals practice squad.
He joins former teammate Nate Burleson in Seattle. Burleson is out for the season with a knee injury.
