Shiloh Released by Bighorns

The Reno Bighorns have added a well-known player to their roster, but at the expense of a local fan favorite.

Officials for the team in the NBA D-League say they have waived
former Nevada Wolf Pack player Kyle Shiloh and replaced him with
Patrick Ewing Jr.

Ewing is the son of basketball great and hall-of-famer Patrick
Ewing. He graduated from Georgetown earlier this year and was
drafted by the Sacramento Kings in June. He was traded to the
Rockets and then the Knicks, where he was the last player cut in
training camp.

The 6-foot-8, 240-pound forward was to make his debut for the
Bighorns in Utah Monday night.

Shiloh, a guard, played five games for the Bighorns, who are 1-5
in their first season in the league. He averaged one point and one
assist in seven minutes of play.
