Barrett Makes 1st Career NFL Interception

Josh Barrett has cemented himself in the Denver Broncos secondary. The rookie safety made his first career interception on Sunday against the Panthers.

Barrett picked off Jake Delhomme during the third quarter of the Broncos 30-10 loss to Carolina. He was also second on the team with seven tackles.

Barrett attended Reno High School. He was a 7th round pick by the Broncos during the 2008 NFL Draft. He spent the first 10 weeks of the season on the Broncos Practice Squad.
