Bishop Manogue is heading to the Regional Championship Game. The Miners beat Damonte Ranch 34-7 on Saturday in the Northern 4A Semifinal.
The Miners jumped out to a 24-0 lead after the first quarter. Fullback Nate Lytle scored three touchdowns for Bishop Manogue.
It was a great season for Damonte Ranch, who won their first playoff game in school history in the first round with an upset over the Hug Hawks.
Bishop Manogue will face undefeated McQueen in the Northern Championship Game. Kick-off is Friday, November 28th at 7pm. The title game will be held at Damonte Ranch High School.
