The New York Mets announced today that former Wolf Pack baseball star Ryan Church will begin a rehab assignment for the Binghamton Mets Wednesday.
Binghamton is the double-A affiilate of the Mets. Church is still trying to come back from post concussion syndrome. Church hasn't played for the Mets since July 5th and he's been on the Disabled List since July 7th. Church has also played in rehab games for Triple A New Orleans. The mets are hoping Ryan Church can make it back and be a factor down the stretch.
