Javale McGee is heading to the NBA. McGee was chosen by the Wizards with the 18th overall pick in Thursday night's NBA Draft.
McGee was an All-WAC second-team selection last season, averaging over 13 points and 7 rebounds per game. His 82 blocks ranked in the top 10 nationally.
McGee joins Kirk Snyder (#16, 2004) as the only Nevada players to ever go in the first round of the Draft.
