Michelle Gardner has accepted the head coaching job at Indiana University.

In 6 years at Nevada, Gardner won a school-record 187 games (187-176), a WAC regular season title and a WAC tournament title. She also led the Pack into the NCAA Regionals twice.

This season Nevada won a record 44 games (44-18), and picked up their first ever win in the post-season, advancing to the Regional Championships. The Wolf Pack was also ranked in the Top 25 for much of the season.

Gardner inherits a struggling Hoosiers program that went just 15-35 last season in the Big Ten.
