Ezra Butler has a second chance to prove everyone wrong. The former Wolf Pack star is negotiating a free-agent contract with the San Francisco 49ers.
Butler was expected to be a 4th-5th round draft pick, but instead went undrafted. His admission to smoking marijuana scared off a number of teams. He was suspended for the 2007 season-opener for failing a drug test.
Butler was an All-WAC first team selection during his senior season.
