Carr Joining Titans

Chris Carr is a Tennessee Titan. The Oakland Raiders did not match the offer sheet Carr signed with Tennessee last week. It's a two-year deal worth about $2 million dollars.

Carr leaves Oakland as the Raiders franchise leader in kick return yards. He was an un-drafted free agent out of Boise State.

The Reno native was an all-state running back at McQueen High School.
