D'Backs Send OF Pollock Down to Triple-A Reno

RENO - The Arizona Diamondbacks have sent outfielder A.J. Pollock back down to Triple-A Reno.

Pollock batted .229 with a home run and four RBI in 20 games with the D'Backs. He began the season in Reno, hitting .340 with six doubles and five RBI in 12 games with the Aces.

Arizona also activated outfielder Chris Young from the disabled list today. He has been out since he crashed into an outfield wall back in June. Young was batting .410 with five home runs and 13 RBI at the time of the injury.
