Tickets for Friday night's home opener are selling like gold. Some scalpers are hoping to score nearly 20 times the amount of money they paid for their seats.

Craig's list has become a popular spot for scalpers to unload their tickets on die-hard baseball fans. Even with the inflated prices, there are plenty of buyers out there who are willing to pay.

Friday night's home opener tickets sold out within just minutes from when they went on sale. Now it's a mad dash to score one.

Local office manager and baseball fanatic, Tina Dell'ergo, put an ad on Craig's List, offering $150.00 for a pair of tickets to the Aces home opener.

"My husband's going to kill me, but oh well," said Dell'ergo.

She says she's dying to take her 18-year-old son, Tyler to the game. She says if she gets tickets, she'll get major 'mom bonus points.'

"I just think there will be a huge amount of people there that are excited, and all the hype about the new stadium. And just knowing that ten years on down the line, I can go 'yup, I went to the home opening game,'" said Dell'ergo.

So far, most of the tickets to the home opener are advertised for a minimum of $100.00, and many scalpers say they'll only give their seats up to the highest bidder.

"So they're waiting to get the most money they possibly can and that's kind of sad because they paid $7.00 bucks. But like I said, we're willing to pay a higher amount just to go," said Dell'ergo.

She says those scalpers can deal with the bad karma later. She's just begging for someone to go easy on her.

"My son Tyler is 18, and as most parents know, it's hard to get your 18-year-old son to bond with you."

Dell'ergo says if she gets tickets, it'll make her son's year, and of course, there's something in it for her as well.

"Plus some hot little baseball guys too. A little young for me, but still hot!"

The local Craig's List page has all sorts of postings about Friday night's game, as well as Saturday and Sunday's games. There are some honest people as well. One man was hoping to find someone to switch tickets with him so his wife won't have to sit on the grass. Another posters says he paid $19.00 dollars for his tickets, and will sell them to a taker for the same price.
