Man Killed in Rollover Was in Marijuana Case
Authorities in Nevada have identified a 30-year-old man killed in a single-vehicle crash as a defendant in a Las Vegas medical marijuana dispensary case.

LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities in Nevada have identified a
30-year-old man killed in a single-vehicle crash as a defendant in
a Las Vegas medical marijuana dispensary case.
The Clark County coroner said Monday that Sean D. Kinshella died
of multiple injuries in the 10:30 p.m. Friday crash off Las Vegas
Boulevard North, near Nellis Air Force Base.
Las Vegas police say Kinshella was thrown from a Honda CRV that
went off the road at a high speed and rolled over in the desert.
Kinshella's lawyer, Marc Saggese, says he's saddened by his client's death.
Kinshella was among several family members and employees of the
Jolly Green Meds storefront medical marijuana dispensary who have
been fighting felony charges including conspiracy, sale of a
controlled substance and marijuana possession in Clark County
District Court.
