LAS VEGAS (AP) - The Clark County coroner's office has identified a 26-year-old man who died in an apartment fire last week in the Las Vegas area.
The office says Ian A. Noel, of Las Vegas, died of carbon monoxide intoxication. The coroner's office says his death has been ruled an accident.
Clark County firefighters got a call from a neighbor Dec. 8 saying smoke was coming from an apartment.
Firefighters responded and found Noel dead near a bedroom window.
Clark County Fire Department spokesman Scott Allison has said the fire erupted in the kitchen near the stove.
Noel lived alone and no one else was at the apartment at the time of the fire.
