LAS VEGAS (AP) - Investigators say employees at a Las Vegas assisted-living and Alzheimer's facility may face neglect charges. The Nevada Division of Aging and Disability Services has referred complaints of elder neglect at Chancellor Gardens of the Lakes to the state attorney general's office for prosecution. Officials say they previously found dozens of elderly residents were not receiving needed medications, and some needed hospitalization.
