LAS VEGAS (AP) - Records show that a 40-year-old man who was fatally wounded outside his Las Vegas apartment on Halloween night
pleaded guilty and served prison time for the 2004 beating death of a 19-year-old man.
Arbuary Fuller died at a Las Vegas hospital after he was shot Saturday night.
A relative told the Las Vegas Review-Journal she saw two people running away after shots were fired.
Another relative said Fuller cared for seven of his nine children in Las Vegas.
Records show Fuller was sentenced in 2005 to 19 to 48 months in prison after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the slaying of Charles Tice.
Police said the two men had a dispute about a confrontation Tice had with Fuller's 10-year-old son.
