Ex-Teacher Pleads Not Guilty in Child Porn Case
A former junior high school teacher has pleaded not guilty to 76 counts in a child pornography case.

LAS VEGAS (AP) - A former junior high school teacher has pleaded
not guilty to 76 counts in a child pornography case.
Charles Richard Rogers, a former Garrett Junior High School teacher, appeared in District Court on Thursday, the Las Vegas Sun reported on its Web site.
Rogers is in the Clark County Detention Center on $1.3 million bail.
An indictment lists alleged incidents occurring from 1999 through 2009 and names seven victims.
Rogers pleaded not guilty to 50 counts of possession of child pornography, 17 counts of lewdness with a child under 14, four counts of use of a minor in pornography, two counts of sexual assault of a minor and one count each of open and gross lewdness, attempted lewdness with a minor under 14 and child abuse and neglect.
Rogers is due in court again on July 13.
